Straight Blast Gym Ireland (SBG Ireland) is a mixed martial arts academy and professional team based in Dublin, Ireland, operating from Inchicore. It was founded in 2001 by John Kavanagh and is run by him as head coach. SBG Ireland is part of the Straight Blast Gym International network and has produced several UFC fighters, most notably Conor McGregor. The gym specializes in MMA, Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu, striking, wrestling, and related disciplines.
